A structured 5-day training program covering all 12 modules. This is Part 2 of 2 covering Modules 7 to 12 in 2 days: Day 4: Module 7: Strategic Planning and Impact Measurement • Developing and implementing a strategic plan. • Setting goals and measuring impact. • Outcomes-focused reporting. Module 8: Fundraising and Ethical Practices • Fundraising regulations and ethical considerations. • Donor stewardship and due diligence. • The role of trustees in fundraising oversight. Day 5: Module 9: Accountability and Transparency • Public benefit reporting. • Transparency in decision-making and communication. • Handling complaints and disputes. Module 10: Governance Best Practices • Codes of conduct and ethics. • Leadership development and succession planning. • Board evaluation and self-assessment. Module 11: Case Studies and Practical Exercises • Real-life case studies and scenarios for discussion and analysis. • Role-play exercises to simulate board meetings and decision-making. Module 12: Networking and Resources • Opportunities for networking with other trustees and senior managers. • Access to resources, templates, and toolkits for ongoing support. Throughout the training, interactive discussions, group activities, and practical exercises should be incorporated to reinforce learning and allow participants to apply the concepts they've learned. Each day can include breaks and opportunities for questions and discussions to facilitate engagement and understanding. At the end of the program, participants can receive a certification of completion.
